Project scope
Only work expressly included in the accepted scope is included in the project price and delivery commitment.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide timely information, content, access, approvals, decisions, and cooperation required for delivery.
Changes
Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, delivery schedule, milestone, or written change request.
Timelines
Delivery dates may be affected by client delays, changed requirements, provider outages, dependencies, or events outside reasonable control.
Estimates are based on information available when they are prepared. A material change in requirements, assumptions, dependencies, or technical conditions may require an updated estimate.
Pricing, invoices, and payments
Prices may be stated in a quotation, checkout page, invoice, subscription plan, booking page, or service agreement.
- Payments must be made using an approved payment method.
- A project may require a deposit or milestone payment before work starts or continues.
- Recurring services may renew according to the billing cycle displayed or agreed.
