Where ProIT Solutions processes information strictly on behalf of a client, the client may be the responsible party and ProIT Solutions may act as an operator under the client's instructions.

Grounds for lawful processing

Payment information
Payments may be processed through independent payment providers such as Paystack or another payment gateway displayed during checkout.
ProIT Solutions may receive transaction references, payment status, payer details, currency, amount, and limited payment metadata required to verify and reconcile transactions.
Full payment-card details are generally entered directly into the payment provider's secure checkout environment and are governed by that provider's privacy and security terms.
Never send complete card numbers, PINs, one-time passwords, or online banking credentials to ProIT Solutions through email, messaging applications, or support forms.
Information retention and security
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, or for a period required by law, contract, dispute resolution, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
When information is no longer authorised or required to be retained, ProIT Solutions will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, anonymise, or de-identify it.
